We completed a successful and interesting Circuit Clinic on Saturday night, August 29, and Sunday, August 30, at Lake Park High School West Campus. The clinic featured clinicians Michael Lentz and Keith Potter. The clinic featured sessions for designers, instructors, and guard captains.

Guest Clinicians:

Michael Lentz from Dayton, OH. The Director and Designer for 25-time WGI Finalist Onyx Color Guard and an alumnus of the Bluecoats Drum & Bugle Corps. Recently, Michael served as the President of the Ohio Indoor Performance Association, the Education Director for the Tri State Circuit for the Pageantry Arts, as a member of the Mid East Performance Association Board of Directors and the WGI Steering Committee. Michael has designed thirty-five WGI World Championship Finalists and four WGI medal winners.

Currently, a member of the WGI Color Guard Advisory Board and the WGI Board of Directors he also serves as the Director of Education and Adjudication for the Ohio Indoor Performance Association. Michael is a designer/consultant for many fall bands. An adjudicator since 1988, he recently joined the DCI judging ranks in 2005 as a Visual and Color Guard Judge.

Keith Potter from Chicago, IL. Keith is an alumnus of Center Grove High School and marched drum corps with the Cadets of Bergen County. He has taught numerous drum corps, marching bands and winter guards. He is most well known for his creative work with the Center Grove High School winter guard and band and the Pride of Cincinnati Winter Guard. Keith is currently a visual consultant for the Crown Drum & Bugle Corps.
