The meeting will be in the band room.
You can park in the front parking lot, facing the main entrance. The main entrance doors will be locked. Instead, use the doors around the corner, to the left of the main entrance.
There is a big AUDITORIUM sign on the building. Those doors will be open.
Will send out the agenda and meeting minutes next week to help remind everyone one more time!
If you are a voting member, and will not be able to physically attend the meeting, and you want to send a voting representative, you must complete a proxy form PRIOR to the meeting.
NOTE: the proxy is not just for the Election of Board members we will have at the meeting, but also for any vote that comes up for the units.
You can use this sample proxy form (filling in the blanks as it prompts), or you can follow its format in an email to Howie Mogil, President, or on a separate document of your choice. Use of this format exactly is not required, but hopefully it is a straightforward and easy to follow.
Per the By-Laws, proxies are to be delivered to President before the meeting. This can be done in hard copy before the meeting starts, hard copy by snail mail before the meeting starts, or email before the meeting starts, so long as the address of the proxy giver is identifiable as valid for the proxy giver.
Looking forward to seeing good representation. The May meeting is usually our longest in duration, but most valuable in getting organized for the upcoming season.
